Pet Policy

We love our pet residents! All pets must be registered with management and a pet addendum completed at lease signing. Resident agrees to a onetime $250 pet fee per animal and a $30 pet rent per month for each pet and agrees to follow the terms and conditions presented in the Pet Addendum. The following breeds are prohibited: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Akita, Husky, Malamute, Presa Canario, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, and Wolf-Hybrids. We only allow cats and dogs. Walnut Capital reserves the right to add and/or delete to this list at any time. We allow both cats and dogs and have a weight restriction of 100 pounds per animal. There is a two-limit pet per apartment home.
